IMPORTANT CHANGES TO BULK BILLING CONSENT | Effective 1 July 2026

 

Under new Medicare requirements, verbal consent for bulk billing is no longer accepted.

 

If you attend the clinic in person:

  • You must present to Reception and ensure a Medicare Assignment of Benefit has completed before leaving the clinic.

If you have a Telehealth appointment:

  • You must provide digital consent by completing the HotDoc form sent to you after your appointment.

 

PLEASE NOTE: If the required consent is not provided, we will be unable to bulk bill your consultation and you will be required to pay the full consultation fee.
